Jeffrey designs and delivers career skills training programmes for students at SIT. With over 20 years of experience, he is a certified adult educator, global career development facilitator, and has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Using his unique blend of humour and motivation, he guides learners in creating value for themselves and those around them. He believes learning should be fun and strives to make his workshops as lively and energetic as possible.

Randford Joseph Tay

Randford designs and facilitates career development experiences at the SIT. An ACLP-certified educator, he blends creativity, storytelling, and conversations to help learners uncover purpose and direction in their career journeys. Drawing from his background in media production, Randford brings authenticity and a strong sense of connection into every session. He believes that learning should be engaging and meaningful — infused with curiosity, conversation, and heart.
