Company registration opens from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025. You may register your interest for the event here. As registration is subject to availability, we will be in touch with you once your registration is confirmed.
This event is organised exclusively for confirmed industry partners, SIT students and alumni only.
A non-refundable registration fee of $200 nett applies to each company upon confirmation of participation.
Each company can bring a maximum of five representatives.
We recommend keeping no more than five representatives onsite at any one time. If you have reached the quota, we would like to suggest that your CEO/manager takes the place of another representative upon arrival.
To ensure students can meet a wide variety of companies from different sectors, we do not encourage having more than one booth under the same company name.
An entry QR codes will be sent to company representatives one week before the event, we recommend finalising all names and email addresses by the first week of January.

Each company will be allocated a booth space with:
- 1 x cocktail table
- 3 x highchairs
You may bring one pull up banner. Banner size must not exceed W80cm x H200cm.
Yes, provided they are no larger than a standard pull-up banner (W80cm x H200cm). As no electrical sockets will be available, displays must be battery-operated.
If you miss the registration deadline, unfortunately, you will not be able to register for the event. Please note that no walk-ins are allowed on site.
Booth setup will be on the event day, 28 January 2026, from 10:00 am onwards. The networking session with students will start at 1:00 pm.
No, power supply will not be provided for individual booths. However, a self-service charging area will be available for your devices.
Due to the space constraints, we will not be able to accommodate such requests.
The event QR code will be sent to you about one week before the event date.
The companies will be categorised by industry sector. The location of the cocktail table will be assigned and displayed in the website at a later date. You may also locate your company in the event floor plan one week before the event.
All logistics delivery must be done on the event day, from 10:00am. Please do not send items to the venue prior to the event. A company representative should be present to receive the goods.
Our 'Campus-in-the-park' is a car-lite district that encourages eco-friendly commuting. Visitors are highly encouraged to use public transport to our campus. Here are the various transport options:
- Public Transport: Punggol Campus is served by both public bus and rail options.
- MRT: Punggol Coast MRT station is located right at the doorstep of the campus.
- Bus: Bus services 34, 117, and 117M are available at the Punggol Coast Bus Interchange, located within Punggol Coast Mall near the SIT Punggol Campus.
- LRT: Teck Lee LRT station is within walking distance of Punggol Campus. Pedestrians can walk via the covered linkway and through Campus Boulevard.
- Cars: Punggol Campus is within Punggol Digital District (PDD), a designated car-lite district. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport as parking spaces are limited.
- Ride-hailing services: Please advise the driver to drop you off at SIT Punggol – Campus Court, E6 Lobby.
The Foodgle Hub food court is located at Block E4 on Campus.
For a wider selection, the Punggol Coast Mall and Punggol Coast Hawker Centre is a short walk away, connected via a link bridge.
You would have received a separate email with your login credentials and instructions on setting up your company page, list available jobs and upload resources. If you are unable to locate it, please contact the Career Nexus Team for assistance.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to withdraw, a written request must be submitted at least one (1) month before the event. Please note that there will be strictly no refunds for no-shows on the actual event day.

No, this event is not open to the public. It is exclusively for SIT students and alumni.
All students seeking IWSP and full-time positions after graduation are strongly encouraged to attend.
About 200 companies from various industries are participating in the event.
The full list of companies will be populated over time in the website.
As CN2026 is a professional networking event, students are required to attend in business attire. Those who do not comply with the dress code will be turned away.
- Do your research: Find out more about the companies you are interested in.
- Prepare an elevator pitch to introduce yourself to the company.
- Prepare some questions: Have a short list of questions ready about company culture, professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, or anything else you want to learn about.
- Have your resume handy: It’s your chance to show who you are and what makes you stand out.
- Schedule a consultation session with your programme Career Coach.
- Attend our upcoming Career Success Workshop on 21 Jan 2026
- Look up resources in the student intranet and the library .
All IWSP applications must be done directly via the SIT ReadyTalent Portal.
For full-time positions, you may apply to the company directly.
Student registration begins at 12:30 pm. The networking session runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The event QR code will be sent to you about one week before the event date.
Once the registration is closed, we will not be able to able to provide a QR entry code for you. However, you may proceed to register onsite on the event day.
