Company registration opens from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. You may register your interest for the event here and will be placed on a waiting list. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful confirmation of registration and receipt of payment.
This event is exclusively open to confirmed industry partners, SIT students, and alumni.
A non-refundable registration fee of $200 nett is payable upon confirmation of participation to secure your place at the event.
Each company can bring up to five representatives to the event.
We recommend keeping the number of representatives on site to a maximum of five at any one time. If your company has already reached this limit, your CEO/Manager may replace another representative upon arrival.
To provide students with the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of companies across different sectors, we discourage multiple booths under the same company name.
As entry QR codes will be sent to registered attendees in the week leading up to the event, companies are advised to finalise the names and email addresses of all attendees by the first week of January.

Each company will be allocated a booth space with:
- 1 x cocktail table
- 2 x high chairs
Companies may also bring one pull-up banner, with dimensions not exceeding W80cm × H200cm.
Yes, LED display panels are allowed, with dimensions not exceeding W80cm × H200cm. As no electrical sockets will be available, displays must be battery-operated.
Once registration closes, you will no longer be able to register for the event. Please note that walk-ins will not be permitted on site.
Booth setup will take place on the event day, 27 January 2027, from 10:00 am onwards. The networking session with students will commence at 1:00 pm.
No, power supply will not be provided for individual booths. However, a self-service charging station will be available for personal devices.
Due to venue and space limitations, we are unable to accommodate such requests.
Event QR codes will be emailed to registered attendees by 25 January 2027.
Companies will be categorised based on the industry sector selected during registration. The event floor plan will be available on the website by 11 January for you to locate your assigned booth.
SIT reserves the right to make adjustments where necessary to support event planning and floor plan allocation.
All logistics deliveries must be made on the event day from 10:00 am onwards. Items delivered to the venue before the event will not be accepted. A company representative must be present on site to receive the items.
SIT Punggol Campus is located within the Punggol Digital District (PDD), a car-lite district. Visitors are highly encouraged to use public transport as parking spaces are limited.

For ride-hailing services on the event day, please advise the driver to drop you off at SIT Punggol – Campus Court, E6 Lobby.
The Foodgle Hub food court is located at Block E4 on campus.
Additional dining options are also available at Punggol Coast Mall and Punggol Coast Hawker Centre.

If your company needs to withdraw from the event, please inform the Career Nexus team at least one (1) month in advance so that the slot may be offered to another company on the waiting list. Please note that the $200 nett registration fee is non-refundable.

This event is exclusively open to SIT students and alumni.
All students seeking Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP) and full-time employment opportunities after graduation are strongly encouraged to attend.
Around 230 companies from various industries will be participating in the event.
The full list of participating companies will be updated progressively on the event website.
As Career Nexus is a professional networking event, students are required to attend in business attire. Students who do not comply with the dress code will not be permitted entry.
All IWSP applications must be submitted through the SIT ReadyTalent Portal.
For full-time positions, you may apply directly with participating companies.
Student registration begins at 11:00am. The networking session will take place from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The event QR code will be sent to you via email upon successful registration. We will also resend the QR code closer to the event date for easy reference.
If you miss the registration deadline, we will not be able to issue your QR entry code in advance. You may still register on site on the day before entering the event.
