This one-day course is designed to equip learners with a hands-on learning experience, focusing on the development and validation of robust business models through the analysis of local SME cases.

The course will go through real-world case studies, which aim to deepen learners' understanding of key concepts and demonstrate practical applications. Through this, learners are able to illustrate how they can create their own business models using the business model canvas.

Next, learners will expand on the business models that they have crafted. They will delve into the framework for business model innovation, exploring ways to reinvent and improve how their businesses create, deliver, and capture value. This process is essential for adapting to evolving customer needs and staying competitive in dynamic markets.

In the final segment, learners will engage in discussions covering various scenarios and patterns already implemented by businesses to shift their business models. This interactive session facilitates the exploration of new value creation opportunities for their customers.

Overall, this course offers a holistic journey from understanding foundational concepts to practical implementation and strategic adaptation in the dynamic business landscape.
