It has been a pleasure for us to work closely with SIT faculty and students. Through their clinical placements at our organisation, we find the students to be well-informed and prepared for a career in the healthcare and social care sectors. The dedication and commitment we see in the faculty members are also highly commendable as they come with a unique blend of academic credentials and work experiences, coupled with an intrinsic motivation to see their students succeed. The relationship we have with the university is invaluable and critical to our effort to hire the best, who can assimilate in their future workplace.

The constant engagement with industry partners in sharing sessions during lectures and clinical placements at various settings made me feel adequately equipped to step into the healthcare industry. With the advancement in healthcare happening so rapidly, I had to keep myself updated with the latest literature and practice recommendations. SIT's Occupational Therapy programme also taught me to discern and critique literature on its reliability and applicability to our local context.
