Biography
John Tan has more than 30 years of commercial leadership experience in the Asia-Pacific aviation technology sector. His career include senior roles in Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong, with experience spanning airline technology, digital transformation and regional business growth. At SIT, his teaching and applied research interests include airline operations, aviation technology and strategic adoption and governance of artificial intelligence. He also contributes to industry and academic discussions through conferences and media commentary on aviation technology, safety, operations and industry developments.
