Biography
Dr. Bernard HOW is Associate Professor, Engineering, Singapore Institute of Technology. He is on Joint Appointment as Scientist with the Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine Singapore (TCOMS). He was Technology Lead, Digitization, Keppel FELS and prior to that the Programme Manager (Control), for the Keppel Offshore & Marine Technology Center. His research interests are in Digital Transformation & Data Analytics, Adaptive Neural and Applications, Control Systems, Electrification, Cyber-Physical Systems, Smart Sensing and Real Time Decision Support Systems and Operability Prediction.
