Biography
Dan is currently a Senior Lecturer in Singapore Institute of Technology since 2017. Prior to his academic journey, he has 17 years of industry experience spanning across several automotive companies - Delphi, Siemens VDO and Continental from 2001-2017. With a total of more than 10 patents, his last role in Continental was the Director of ITS Lab and Head of Advance Development in Asia for infotainment and connectivity products. His main interest is in applied research of using artificial intelligence and deterministic methods for Autonomous Vehicles safety operations and Intelligent Transport Systems.
