The Yeakin Study Grant was established to support talented but financially disadvantaged undergraduates pursuing a full-time degree programme at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Design Engineering by University of Glasgow; or
Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechatronics by University of Glasgow.
Achieved good academic results
Household Per Capita Income (PCI) less than or equal to S$850
Each bursary is valued at S$5,000 and is tenable for one Academic Year
The bursary will be used to fund the recipient’s tuition fees, course materials and other education-related expenses
Recipient of this grant may hold other grants concurrently to fund other educational expenses such as but not limited to OIP, etc
No bond is required of the recipient
