All graduands are required to register their attendance online to be allocated a seat for the ceremony. Graduands who do not register their attendance online will not be seated or presented on-stage.

Upon registration, attending graduands are to place an order of the academic dress with our official Academic Dress vendor – Serangoon Broadway.
Each registered graduand will receive a Graduand Admission Card for the ceremony.
The card contains personal details such as the name, student ID and allocated graduand seat number. Graduands must present this card on the day of the ceremony for admission, and are required to have the card with you throughout the ceremony.
The card is issued by the official Academic Dress vendor, and must be collected together with the Academic Dress.
Each graduand will receive up to two (2) Guest Invitation Cards.
The request of cards may be made during the online registration. Each invitation card admits one person only.
Guests must present this card on the day of the ceremony for admission. You are encouraged to keep the invitation cards securely. Should the invitation cards be misplaced, we regret to inform that there are no replacement cards. Children below the age of seven (7) are not permitted in the Auditorium. Guests without the invitation cards may view the live webcast of the ceremony outside the Auditorium.
The invitation cards are issued by the official Academic Dress vendor, and must be collected by together with the Academic Dress.
