Pound Fitness, a constant simulated drumming using lightly weighted drumsticks,
Hatha Yoga, various stretching techniques and breathing exercises to improve concentration, and lastly
Kickboxing, a cardio exercise aiming to tone muscles as well as increasing strength and speed!
