Enterprise asset lifecycle management is a critical aspect in optimising your Return of Assets. Companies are facing the challenges of meeting the needs of various stakeholders across multiple departments and functions geographically while keeping their costs in check.

Apart from learning the fundamentals of the asset lifecycle and O&M, you will also be taught on the processes to optimise your Return on Assets. The 2-day course will focus on both theories and practical aspects of lifecycle management. It is suitable for professionals assuming both managerial and operational roles. During the course, you will gain hands-on learning opportunities to practise major topics covered in the course as a way to reinforce your understanding.

O&M

  • To learn the different aspects of corrective maintenance (CM) & preventive maintenance (PM) and why it is critical to balance CM with PM to realize a productive environment and achievement of their strategic goals 

PM optimisation

  • To learn how to optimise your maintenance works to help reduce maintenance costs and increase equipment availability

Service level agreement

  • To develop service level agreements to ensure compliance and also to maintain your work’s quality and consistency to align with your operational goals 

Practical

  • To have hands-on experience on topics covered in the course to reinforce learning

Case study

  • To walk through with learners a case study in asset management with the aim of providing useful insights for the learners

    • Undertake and pass non-credit bearing assessment (during course)
