Find Your Tribe We provide a holistic student experience. Besides our 44 varsity teams, both male and female, there are many different performing arts and clubs that you can join. Whether you are a beginner or wish to participate competitively, there’s something for everyone. Arts & Culture Student Clubs allow students to develop holistic skill sets, while nurturing personal interests in clubs beyond students’ academic curriculum. Arts and Culture clubs are the place to be for students pursuing excellence in music, dance, and theatre. The clubs not only perform at various internal and external gigs, but also come together for the annual showcase, ExpresSIT, which adds a vibrancy to the SIT campus life. SIT's performing arts groups run the gamut from popular dance and music styles (B-boy and B-girling, hiphop dance, rock band, cajon playing) to retrospective and classical pursuits (ballroom, contemporary dance, theatre).
