The Innovation Leadership Programme (ILP) aims to help local companies, particularly SMEs, develop an Innovation Mindset and take advantage of the Open Innovation Ecosystems. Through the programme, participants will have opportunities to develop innovation leadership to start them on the journey to explore new markets and improve business.

Who Should Attend

Senior Management, Directors, and Senior Managers responsible for developing new products, services, and customer experiences; and managing functional areas such as research and product development, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, finance, or strategy are welcome to attend this course.

Programme Structure

Phase 1 – Structured Training 
  • Structured Training on Open Innovation and Innovation Mindsets
  • 5 days
Phase 2 - Scoping of Projects for SMEs

Up to 2 months

Phase 3 – Co-create Innovation Initiative
  • Leveraging student IWSP of between 8 months to 1 year
  • Regular check-ins by companies and students with innovation advisors

Subsidy:
Up to 90% and 70% SSG subsidy for SMEs and non-SMEs respectively
