Course Synopsis

Businesses put in considerable time and effort to decide what capital assets to acquire. Capital assets are the workhorses that generate income for your business. On the other hand, capital assets also depreciate rapidly and can be a liability if these are not put to good use. In this course, you will learn how to manage and optimise your capital assets to achieve greater profitability. The following modules will be covered in this course:

  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) – measuring and improving your productivity
  • Total Productive Maintenance – reducing downtime and extending the useful life of your assets
  • Quick Changeover – avoiding idle time and keeping operations in uninterrupted motion

Management and Line staff who are involved in productivity improvement.
