Karl Ohaus is a Partner with the consulting firm Lean Transformation Group and on the teaching faculty of the Lean Enterprise Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts. His career has included senior positions in Ninety One LLC (President), Chester Precision Company (President) and American Standard (Senior Design/Production/Test Enginner).
Karl began educating and consulting in Lean implementation and process improvement in 2003. He draws on his experience using Lean principles and tools to help client companies create process flow, improve operational performance and better address the needs of the business. Karl’s coaching stresses the management development and employee engagement aspects of change to a Lean enterprise.
Karl’s time as a consultant has been divided between Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services providing service to both large and small institution clients.
