Lean Thinking and Problem-Solving in Healthcare

Lean Thinking and Problem-Solving in Healthcare

Course Synopsis:

Problems occur in healthcare every day and we have become experts in creating solutions to extinguish the immediate fire. This often occurs in a reactive way, without a structure for identifying and solving the problems completely at the source so that they do not recur repeatedly. In this 1-day workshop, learn how to make structured problem-solving an integral part of day-to-day work, reducing errors and re-works that frustrate staff every day. As part of the session, you will apply the concepts learnt in your own workplace with takeaways that you can immediately embark on.
