Subtitles

Subtitles should be included in videos with voiceovers or interviews.  They help to complement and enhance the audio commentary and also comes in handy when it is more practical for silent playback.  Ensure that subtitles in videos are placed in a single line. 

The positioning should also be lower on screen and not intersect with any lower thirds or supers that happen to be on screen. Where possible, use the corporate font type “Avenir” for subtitles.
