Sub-logo Construction
The typeface used for the SIT sub-logo is Avenir Roman. The ratio for each component should not be changed or modified in any aspect.
Divisions
Generally, as each and every Division has a unique name, the configuration for the number of words per line is not fixed and can be adjusted, as long as the typography is balanced, and the Division name remains clear and coherent.
However, if the name of the division starts with ‘Centre For’, ‘Centre For’ should always be on the first line followed by the rest of the Division name on the second line.
When the sub-logo is separated into 2 lines, please ensure that typography composition is balanced. The sub-logo should be the same height as ‘SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY’. It should be left-aligned.
If the sub-logo consists of a single line, the copy should be vertically aligned to the centre of ‘SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY’.
Offices
For the sub-logo construction for Offices, the name of the Office should always be kept to the first line, with, when required, the department name on the second line.
When the sub-logo is separated into 2 lines, please ensure that typography composition is balanced. The sub-logo should be the same height as ‘SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY’. It should be left-aligned.
If the sub-logo consists of a single line, the copy should be vertically aligned to the centre of ‘SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY’.
