[REGISTRATION CLOSED] Effective Speed Reading and Note-Taking Skills @ NYP

There are many inherent benefits in developing your latent skill of speed reading.  If you can train yourself to read four times more than your normal reading speed, this means that an article that takes you one hour to read with normal reading speed can be read in fifteen minutes.  This leaves you forty-five minutes to engage in other more constructive activities.  Further, you will realise that when you train yourself to speed read you can actually comprehend much better than when you read slowly.  Speed reading is a hard skill and one that anyone with a decent vocabulary of the language can learn and apply within a short time frame. [LIMITED SLOTS] 9 Types of Friends You Did Not Know You Had

Relationships are the cornerstone of society and we ourselves are defined by our relationships with others.  Building strong relationships, however, is not easily achieved and oftentimes even seemingly solid relationships come under stress due to misunderstandings, or different perspectives.

The REBUILD programme introduces the 9 basic ENNEAGRAM™ profiles and outlines the basic personality traits of each. Understanding these helps us understand other people's perspectives - why people may behave in certain ways and how best to engage them.
