Ceremony Registration

The online registration period for graduands to register your attendance for the ceremony is closed.

Step 1: Check your Eligibility

If you have successfully fulfilled all graduation requirements and have your degree awarded in Trimester 1, 2 or 3 of AY2020/21, you are eligible for Graduation 2021.

Step 2: Register your Attendance via IN4SIT

  1. Log in to IN4SIT
  2. Select Graduation
  3. Select Graduation Registration

Step 3: Order your Academic Dress

Upon registration of your attendance in IN4SIT, you may place an order of your academic dress with SIT’s official Academic Dress vendor – Serangoon Broadway.

Step 4: Settle Outstanding Fees (if any)

To avoid the withholding of your degree parchment, you are strongly advised to settle any outstanding fees before October 2021. Please refer to this page for more information regarding fee payments.

Failure to meet Graduation Requirements

If you subsequently fail to meet the graduation requirements, your attendance registration and academic dress order will be voided.

Guests with Mobility Challenges

If you are arriving in a wheelchair or require special assistance, or have guests with mobility challenges, please indicate this in the 'Remarks' section during your registration of attendance via IN4SIT.

Seats will be designated for attendees in wheelchairs and our ushers will assist and direct you or your guests to these allocated seats.

Graduand Admission Card

As a registered graduand, you will receive a Graduand Admission Card with personal details such as your name, student ID, allocated graduand seat number and seating zone. Only graduands who have registered their attendance for the ceremony will be issued this card.

Do note that this card is issued by our official academic dress vendor and must be collected along with your academic dress. You are required to have the card with you throughout the ceremony. 

Guest Invitation Cards

As a graduand, you may receive up to two (2) Guest Invitation Cards. You are required to indicate the number of guest invitation cards you need during the online registration period and separately submit your guests’ details online. Only graduands who have registered their attendance for the ceremony, and the guests whose details have been submitted, will be allocated seats for the ceremony and allowed into the venue. Each invitation card admits only one person.

The invitation cards are issued by our official academic dress vendor and must be collected* together with your academic dress and graduand admission card. You are encouraged to keep your invitation cards securely as replacements will not be issued.

Please be informed that children below the age of seven (7) will not be permitted to enter the ceremony.

*Registration of your guests' details must be completed before you are allowed to collect the guest invitation card(s) from Serangoon Broadway.

Request for Additional Guest Invitation Card(s)

Due to strict safe management measures in place, we regret to inform that we are unable to accommodate late registrations after 31 August 2021, and will not be providing extra invitation card(s) for guests.
