Ceremony Registration

Online registration for Graduation 2020/21 is now closed.

Registered graduands are encouraged to refer to your SIT email account and Student Intranet regularly for any latest updates.

For any enquiries relating to Graduation 2020/21, you may contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance.

As a graduand, you will receive an email with details on registering your attendance.

Step 1: Check your Eligibility

If you have successfully fulfilled all graduation requirements and have your degree awarded in Trimester 1, 2 or 3 of AY2019/20, you are eligible for Graduation 2020/21.

Step 2: Register your Attendance via IN4SIT

  1. Log in to IN4SIT
  2. Select Graduation
  3. Select Graduation Registration

Step 3: Order your Academic Dress

Upon registration of your attendance in IN4SIT, you may place an order of your academic dress with SIT’s official Academic Dress vendor – Serangoon Broadway.

Step 4: Settle Outstanding Fees (if any)

To avoid the withholding of your degree parchment, you are strongly advised to settle any outstanding fees before October 2020. Please refer to this page for more information regarding fee payments.

Failure to meet Graduation Requirements

If you fail to meet the graduation requirements, your Graduation attendance and academic dress order will be voided.


Guests with Mobility Challenges

If you are arriving in a wheelchair or require special assistance, or have guests with mobility challenges, please indicate this in the 'Remarks' section during your registration of attendance via IN4SIT.

Seats will be designated for attendees in wheelchairs and our ushers will assist and direct you or your guests to these allocated seats.


Graduand Admission Card

As a registered graduand, you will receive a Graduand Admission Card with personal details such as your name, student ID, allocated graduand seat number and seating zone.

Do note that this card is issued by our official academic dress vendor and must be collected along with your academic dress.

You must present this card on the day of the ceremony for admission, along with a valid negative pre-event COVID-19 result, and are required to have the card with you throughout the ceremony.


Guest Invitation Cards

In view of the COVID-19 situation, the graduation ceremony is to be conducted under stringent Safe Management Measures (SMMs) imposed by Ministry of Health (MOH). Due to the safe distancing requirements and capacity limit, the number of guest tickets allocated to each graduand is limited to two.

The invitation cards are issued by our official academic dress vendor and must be collected along with your academic dress as well as your graduand admission card.

Guests must present this card on the day of the ceremony for admission, along with a valid negative pre-event COVID-19 result, and each invitation card admits only one person. You are encouraged to keep your invitation cards securely as replacements will not be issued. Please be informed that children below the age of seven (7) will not be permitted to enter the ceremony.
