Biography

Erick teaches courses relating to academic writing and oral communication, and aspects of linguistics such as Phonetics and Phonology. Trained as a Speech-Language Pathologist and obtaining his Masters in Speech Pathology from La Trobe University in 2003, Erick worked in a variety of hospital and private settings, providing care and rehabilitation for patients with speech, language and voice disorders. 

On a lighter note Erick is a part-time radio DJ with a local Chinese radio station. Tune in on the weekends and you might just hear him on air. And if you're into Mandopop, try and look out for him in one of those bistros with live performers. He might ask you to join him on the stage!
