CXO Lean Summit 2017
Mount Alvernia Hospital and TPSC Asia shared their experiences in lean transformation and the role of leaders in driving organisational productivity and innovation.
The Lean Transformation Innovation Centre held its annual CXO Lean Summit on 28 March 2017. John Shook, Chairman and CEO of the Lean Enterprise Institute, USA, and Lean Global Network, delivered his keynote speech on Lean Leadership in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) Economy.
John shared the fundamentals of the 'Lean Transformation Framework' to help leaders drive their organisations to be more productive and innovative. He also gave his perspective on ‘Innovation in the Work’.
His presentation was followed by insightful company sharing sessions by Mount Alvernia Hospital, and TPSC Asia Pte Ltd on their progress in lean transformation based on John’s approach. More than 600 participants from many companies at different stages of their lean transformation journey brought the summit to a resounding success.
