Who Should Enrol?

SIT and SIT joint degree programme students who have completed their freshman year and require additional support and guidance in their learning.

What You Can Expect

Learning to Learn Better is a structured programme designed to help you adapt and thrive in university by enhancing your learning approaches and techniques. The programme comprises 12 45-minute sessions that run throughout a trimester.

You will develop metacognitive skills to plan, implement, and monitor your learning efforts as a self-directed learner. You will also pick up a range of appropriate learning strategies. There will be a strong focus on applying these skills to your studies, to improve your confidence in learning and your academic performance.

Engage in small group discussions facilitated by your instructors, and get hands-on practice via reflective logs. You will also get personalised consultation and feedback on your progress.
