Kevin Liang Book Prize in Contemporary Restaurant Cooking

The Kevin Liang Book Prize in Contemporary Restaurant Cooking is established at SIT to recognise exceptional students pursuing the Bachelor of Business Administration in Food Business Management (Culinary Arts) degree programme.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

The candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Pursuing a full-time Bachelor of Business Administration in Food Business Management (Culinary Arts) degree programme (The Culinary Institute of America) at SIT
  • Achieved the top score in the Contemporary Restaurant Cooking module
  • The prize will be shared equally in the event that more than one student achieves the highest score
