1. The Admissions Division will inform you of the application outcome via email within 3 months after the application closing date.
2. Your respective Community Centres will send you a notification letter on the disbursement details.
Bursaries will only be disbursed if tuition fees are charged.

Eligibility
• Singapore Citizens (SC) or Malaysian Citizens (SPR/IS) pursuing their full-time undergraduate degree.
• Students receiving the bursary must not hold MOE bursary or other scholarship.
• Computation is based on gross monthly household per capital income (PCI).

• Up to twenty (20) bursary awards of S$3,000.00 each per academic year.
Repayment
• Not required.
Application Procedures
• Students who wish to apply for the Xiao De(孝德)Bursary are required to complete the Xiao De(孝德)Bursary Application Form found in the Student Portal.
• Students will need to print and submit the application form, checklist and relevant supporting documents to the Admissions Division.
• Applicants will be shortlisted for an interview only upon application.
