The PAP Community Foundation (PCF) is the social and charitable arm of the People's Action Party. This mission of PCF is to enhance the well-being of the community by providing quality educational services at affordable cost, as well as through welfare and community services. This scholarship aims at motivating SIT's talent in the early childhood education profession, and to spur them on to achieve greater heights of academic excellence and become leaders in the early childhood education.

Eligibility

• The Applicant must have been offered a place for a full-time undergraduate Early Childhood Education programme with the SIT and its overseas university partner, and accepted the same

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

• Polytechnic graduates with outstanding academic results in a relevant field

• Possess outstanding leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education

• Tuition Fees and other related fees (incidental & miscellaneous)

• Learning resource & monthly training allowance

• Airfare for Summer Immersion Programme

Obligations

Upon graduation, the scholar is required to serve a four-year bond with PCF.
