<p>We are looking for a full-time Deputy Director (Advancement) to manage and oversee all fundraising initiatives, plans and programmes of SIT.</p>
<p>You are expected to develop strategic plans for fundraising for student scholarships and sponsorships including drawing up contracts/agreements with donors/contributors of SIT. You will conduct prospect research, identify, cultivate and analyse potential donors to achieve SIT’s fundraising objectives.</p>
<p>You will oversee the meeting with potential donors and contributors, publicity/campaigns for fundraising events and activities. You will also need to oversee the tracking, evaluate and reports on effectiveness of fundraising programmes.</p>
<p>Suitable candidates should possess a Degree from a good University preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications with a proven track record of at least 10 years of relevant experience at senior level. Strong networking with industries, good analytical and problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential prerequisites. Being a self-starter looking for a challenging opportunity to work with a newly established organisation is an added advantage.</p>
