  • I was awarded a scholarship as well as bursary from two different organisations. Can I hold both awards concurrently?

We would like to ensure that as many needy students as possible have the opportunity for bursaries and scholarships. Given that SIT also provides adequate financial support to all needy students, we would not allow concurrent holding of two or more bursary/scholarship awards. At the point of acceptance of the bursary or scholarship award, all awardees are expected to declare their agreement to abide by this condition. If any student is found to be holding two awards concurrently, he or she would have to forgo one award or refund monies already granted under either award.
