Interactive Digital Media
Interactive Digital Media involves the design, animation and special effects for films, games, music videos, the web and more, Toy Story, Transformers and Assassin's Creed just a few of its infinite possibilities. With internationally-acclaimed film and game makers looking to Singapore as a resource for digital artists, Interactive Digital Media has been identified as one of the key drivers of our economy.
As a result, S$500 million was invested in Interactive Digital Media research and development, as well as enhancements to infrastructure and service to transform Singapore into a global media city. Thanks to these initiatives, many world-renowned companies such as LucasFilms, KOEI, Ubisoft and Electronic Arts have set up shop here, creating opportunities for local companies such as Peach Blossom Media, Scrawl Studios and Egg Story Creative Productions to shine on the world stage.
With such growth comes a great demand for specialised professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge and creativity.
